其实还是没怎么看懂，下载要去哪里下呢？大家推荐下

平时一直上的BT CHINA怎么也打不开，
搜索下，打开主页面出现如下说明：
 
网上传言太多，有必要出来说明一下，但又不能连累国内的idc背个非法接入的罪名，所以借个国外ip来说下，请大家广而告之，本页面稍后也会关闭。

BTCHINA 接广电通知 因无视听许可证 所以工信部删除备案号 关站 关于本人安全问题 再次证明网上传言不可信 特别是新闻最不可信
